Amazing landscape Adrian... Not sure if you know, but this is the highest rated picture of the last 7 days on pbase (and one of the top photos of the last 3 months). Amazing accomplishment and wonderful shot. Add my vote to the list :)

Thanks for your comment on PaD. Never take anything for granted, it was -5* when the photo was taken. Very warm winter so far here in Québec, we are used to -20* during day time... A bit cold for the battery, although the D70 still works at that temperature.
Fabulous. It is indeed a world away from the almost 80 degree temps we had here today!! Tomorrow we will be much colder, though, a front will come through. Back to your pic, it is wonderful. I love the tones of green, and the way the green trees in the background mimic the pattern of the white trees. Lovely work.
A fantastic shot Adrian, and exactly like it was here yesterday and seems to be tomorrow. Had never seen this before as well. The white trees and the ice covered forrest in the back are unbelievable. gmv
