It's nitty gritty good, Roe. Love the tones.

great colour! the battered nature of the wood, together with the rust seeping through the metalwork, makes for a lovely, character filled, picture

You refuse me.Even after all these years when age has tarnished us both grey and peeled our countenances with wrinkles, you remain closed.Dare not my eyes lay upon your hand, scoured in defeat and ravaged raw by circumstance. There is no balm to heal your anguish. As even my cares for you fall as November howl and April tears, that pass upon your unforgiveness as stains unheard.

Great tones and textures. This looks like it would disintergrate if you pulled the handle.

great light, texture, and color.

It couldn't be more compelling if it had a sign that said 'Pull'.

Not sure you could get a solid handhold here--fabulous decay, colors and comp.

Wonderful shot. I love that old pealing doors, handles, etc. Very nice image
Guest 27-Jan-2006 01:40
Amazing, the way the center of the handle blends right into the background and causes one to really look hard to determine that it is in tact.
well done once again!
Don't know how you keep finding these images. I try to keep my eyes open but I just don't seem to pickup on anything

The way the lines work the eye in toward the doorhandle is excellent and very well seen. The textures add to it. Great work. V
