Several years ago a couple of our best friends honeymooned in the UK for a fortnight. One of their stops was in Scotland at a distillery and they brought me back this fine bottle of Mortlach single malt which I have nursed carefully since then. You see, it is not available in states. As I understand it this is one of only a few single malts that is not exported (one of Brit PADers may know for sure but I was told this is the case). And yes, it is wonderful.

This is one of many I shot tonight while playing with my wireless flash. None of them came out quite right but this pretty close if a still a bit more harsh than I was going for.
