One of the numerous Great Greys which invaded Ontario in the winter of early 2005.
This one used to sit on the power cables alongside the road, keeping an eye on the woods at the opposite side of the road.

Beautiful picture! This guy is a dead ringer for my old high school principal. I still see his face in my dreams, sometimes. Of course, his charges were always baseless!
