Tonight is an update of "Thursday's Tree". This image taken at the peak of the sweet light before sunset.

In photohop I masked the leaf, created an adjustment layer and did curves to simulate over use of the hue/saturation tool, this helped to retain more detail than when I simply tried to just oversaturate with the hue/saturation tool. Next I created another adjustment layer and played with levels and then another to adjust brightness/contrast.

Flattened all layers, resized for web and then unsharpen mask at 250, .3, 0.
