28-OCT-2005

This little Kingfisher flew into the glass door today as they often do.
Before we had time to blink our 3yr old grandaughter was out there giving it comfort.
She stroked & whispered to it in gentle tones telling it that it would feel better soon.
It was beautiful to see & hear.

Five minutes later it flew off into the wild again...she was right.
