I love the way the light changes intensity as it shines through each individual pane of glass.
This photo has a special significance for me as it is one of my earliest digital photos. It is still one of my favourites. I took the photo with very little knowledge and skill - it was an impromptu , spur of the moment shot by a novice photographer. Because of this photo I was encouraged to take my hobby more seriously and invest in a better camera - a Sony F828.
The church was deserted at the time too which is unusual as it is a popular tourist spot in Queenstown. I am very lucky to still have this photo as my computer crashed last year so it gives me great pleasure to share this photo with you all.
Keep shining
Steve
