Budva is the most busy Montenegrian resort, mostly thanks to its nightlife that attracts crowds from nearby villages aswell. The streets leading away from the Old Town are surrounded by kiosks selling everything you never wanted to buy. Walking there is tiresome - due to the masses - it feels like walking in a football procession.
The Old Town is undoubtfully a great heritage, amazingly well preserved. Amazingly, as the attitude I saw there was terrible. Trash, different body liquids, food leftovers are everywhere - loitering is a national sport, and cleaning up is not.
