Good idea MM, but it seems a bit cluttered to me. The soft focus on the cherries at the front also seems alittle out of place. The card is a nice touch, as is the ice. ;^)

Very good composition and lightning, Tom. The colors works also very well. I would place the holder a bit down to give to the chocolate a bit more central positioning, but the present placement is also fine. The only disturbing elements for me are the ice pieces (?) which are unusual with chocolate bars. I would use candies instead. Probably you wanted to capture all objects in focus by using F18, but the cherries and the front chocolate bar look rather unsharp. This is a bit disturbing for me since the background feels sharper.
