Millon Air B707-323C N751MA (c/n 19582/639) on February 22, 1996. This cargo flight lost hydraulics an hour into flight and returned to MIA and landed with the nose gear retracted on runway 9-right. Crew managed to manually lower main gear but couldn't get nose gear down. This same aircraft tragically crashed shortly after takeoff exactly 8 months later in Manta, Ecuador, killing 3 crew, 1 passenger, about 30 people on the ground and seriously injuring 50 other people.
