Do one apartment at a time to one tenant(s) at a time and turn their rent into the next apartment renovation. I'll go ahead and volunteer to be the first of one of the first tenants. However, I just realized that I'm in a subject of photography and not rentals for a Senior wanna be citizen of Columbus!
