This is one of a pair of sandhill cranes rehabbed by the Feather Rehab Center. They were taken to their new home at the Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary in Green Bay to live. Although they are in a contained area, it is very spacious, around water and with other cranes. Neither one of the pair can fly so they could not be released back into the wild. They seemed very happy at their new surroundings.
