- 10th April 2005 - Reflections

(Late addition - flower lovers click on the last couple of X's below! Well I like it!)

My favourite office window (in the rain).... created a small gallery
http://www.pbase.com/troonly/liverpool_reflections
SPOT the SP shot in one of the gallery shots :)

In Liverpool for 8.45 with Helen and a coupe of others who are doing
their level 1 athletics coaching course - Ian's taxi service :)

Came past the warehouses again, and noticed Brunswick Place is under demolition,
so snapped a few for posterity - and those who like the decaying shots! I would
like to disassociate myself with the graffitti!

The tobacco warehouse is full of life today - it's a huge Sunday market.
Only took couple of shots as I could see people eyeing up the camera
and my nerve went! For any candid snappers it looked a dream venue... It's both ground
floors as well as outside.

Off to see my Mum this afternoon. Nice spot backing onto the Macclesfield canal.
They have unique bridge design that allowed horses to continue to pull the boats
without being disconnected. As you can see the weather has really improved...

I apologise for all the mini-Pads.... but if I'd got this
flower shot earlier it would have been today's PaD!

I keep meaning to take this shot myself, I drove past it again today and thought about it. It works well, I should have stopped :-) I know what you mean about losing your nerve in the heritage market, I get nervous carrying a camera in that part of town. They were probably just worried that you were an Inland Revenue / DSS spy, though.

All those pictures are incredible. I like the top one best. I love that reflection and the black and white effect with it.

Oh it's a day of reflections!
I'm always fascinated by mirror images and I like your capture here.
