The "Ocean to Ocean Bridge" was the last link in the highway that connected
the Atlantic and Pacific oceans. Today it is the link between Yuma, AZ and
Winterhaven, CA .. it has been reworked to handle one lane of traffic.
The black bridge behind it is a railway bridge that is heavily used still.
