This is a composite montage of shots I took for the Friday (Jan 28th, 2005) Self Portrait PAD. All of these I discounted for one
reason or another... too close, too bright/dark, lighting not right, etc. ... You know, they just weren't right.
The montage wasmade by opening all the photos in Photoshop, placing each on it's own layer,
then scaling and positioning each to fit the finished image size.

My inspiration for the photo was the song by the Doors, "Riders On The Storm," specifically the line "there's a killer on the road,
his brain is squirming like a toad." It had been raining all day, very dark and dreary, and the sound of tires on wet pavement on
my way home reminded me of the song. I was attempting to capture just the right "wild-eyed" look and highlight it with light...
