Mt. Helix -- The Cross

An unusual angle on a famous cross in San Diego, which
sits on public land and is a source of controversary.
Just below the cross is a stone ampitheatre built in
1925. Each Easter, a Sunrise Service is held here. The
cross is probably 40-50 feet high.

I am truly torn between this image and one to which I added

This is beautiful! I think I like this one best - mostly for the contrast between the white cross and dark blue sky. This has a strong graphic quality about it!

This one Gary the star is pulls youe eye away from the cross which is awesome by it's self. That seems to be one big cross, what is it made of.
