I think you should take a pic after one or two months you will find alot of new structures emerging

Nice photo of the great part of the great city. Replacement of old ailing buildings with the new elegant ones, and decongestion could help boost the economy of Tanzania.

I can hardly see the roads, they seriously need some wideneng which may necessitate pulling down some of the buildings.Otherwise drive in Kariakoo at your own peril!

Kariakoo District is fast replacing central Dar as the commercial heart of the city. The Mayor needs to do something about the central Market though
