thanks for the compliment. the light was ideal. It had a thin overcast haze in the morning, but thin enough to allow enough intensityto bring out highlights, another fortunate thing was that this heat was in the AM with the light source behind me, forward lighting the entire lineup. It couldnt be anymore perfect! I really like the Tokina ATX 400 5.6 IT performs beter than i thought i would. I see alot of people birdwatching with that lens and it looks awesome. Im gonna try that next!

Great capture, well timed. I love the water frozen in motion and the guy's posture (I prefer this one compared to the previous one). You must have had some good lighting to get the 1/1000 at f/8! The image looks very sharp at this size, how do you like that Tokina 400? -Arn
