9/27/04 - Under a Mushroom

I vowed not to take any macros with my D70 for a week. True to my vow, this is with the CP5700. I never could have taken it with the D70 anyway. Literally placed the 5700 on the grass under this mushroom & focused by looking down into the rotating LCD monitor. No room under there for an SLR & that's why my 5700 is in my bag all of the time.

This is neat. I really like the way the upper part of the stem is lit, presumably by the sun.
