BOAT was originally called the Columbia Seafirst Center, after the street it is on and the Seafirst Bank, which merged with B of A. It is said that there are more lawyers working here than the entire country of Japan. Compared to the admission price of $11-13 per person for the Space Needle, or $6 at the Smith Tower, we paid a bargain $3 per person group rate. The higher view is clearly better.
