This was taken several years ago after very heavy storms. Portions of our town were heavily flooded. I was walking around taking pictures and happened to see this man riding his bike right through the flooded street. I figured I would get a couple of pictures so you could see the water level on his bike. He hit a curb and went head of handlebars and I just kept snapping.....
