Well, I actually went somewhere today, instead of just bumming around the yard for a picture.

Before I left, however, I did go out and get a few shots of dew on the roses ("Tournament of Roses"), and a sleepy Wasp on "Garden Party" rose that the sun had not yet warmed enough for it to be, shall we say, frisky.

I would have loved to use either of the above shots, but in the end I decided on this one, taken at McKee Marsh. I need a better macro lens to get the true detail, but you can still see how intricate and detailed these amazing creatures are.
