9th June

My brother, Andy, and his wife, Emma have made the final of ITV1's reality show 'Trouble in Paradise'.

What's the show about?

7 couples renovating a derelict farmhouse in Andalucia in Spain and turning it into a bed & breakfast. Every few weeks a couple is voted off by the other couples. The winning couple is decided by public vote and win the farmhouse and all the land it comes with - worth about £500,000.

So today's PAD is dedicated to my brother and my sister-in-law. The final is filmed tomorrow night and will be shown on Monday night at 11pm on ITV1. Good luck guys!

I am flying out tomorrow very early with my family and Ness to be there (TV company paying!).

In the last show aired on Monday, Andy and Emma were portrayed very unfairly while the other finalists were shown as angels. I'm in regular phone contact with my brother and it seems that the other couple have been far from nice these last few weeks. It seems that the program makers have decided who they want to win.

As it's now down to the public to vote for who they want to win I would like to make an appeal!

Would any of my fellow UK photographers like to help my cause? A vote costs just 25p. If you could help, that would be extremely kind. I know this is a cheeky request but it's my brother and I have to do all I can to help him win it!

If you'd like to help, the vote number for Andy and Emma is: 090 112 112 02 (25p)

Voting open until 9pm this Thursday 10th June.

Today's photo is of the Trouble in Paradise website (not up to date - grrrr!) and of my 'Flying? No fear' book. I have a flying phobia but this book helped me immensly for my last flight. I'm feeling anxious about flying right now and so have grabbed this excellent book from my bookshelf to browse.

Andalucia is very beautiful and the farmhouse is up in the mountains so I will hopefully get some great shots.

WOAH what a rant! I better wrap it up here and wish Andy & Emma luck. I love you and miss you loads. See you tomorrow!
