The camera required a trip to the hospital after taking the shot? What happened? Did the sensor get fried?

Thanks John,
PS was used to clean up the dust and smooth out the sky. The camera, however, needed a factory visit to get going again. Obviously, I did not spend much time looking through the viewfinder but rather relied on what was shown on a white sheet of paper. All in all, a rathe stupid way to go about getting a nice image.

wow...i can't believe you could do that. you just held an old x-ray in front of the lens and thats it? how much PS was done??
