This is a poor photo of an adult Broad-winged Hawk. The underparts are heavily marked with dark rufous (the extent of markings is variable). Broad-wings are small, compact buteos. In flight they are known by their pointed wingtips (for a Buteo) and in adults by the broad white tail band.
