I was wondering if I could have permission to use your photo of the Brown Twins in an invitation we are designing for the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts Artists' Ball '08 here in SF? We cannot pay you anything, but wondered if we credited you for the photo, that that would be enough? It would be wonderful too if you had a hi-res version of your image. We met them at a local San Francisco restaurant last week, where we struck up a conversation and took a picture. They have requested that I send them a copy of the picture, and I promised to send them a picture of our identical-twin grandsons, age two, as well.

We happen to dine at the same spot where the "Twins" were having their Monday night dinner. The twins informed they have their space reserved at the diner for Monday's. These twins were a hoot, we paid their bill, and oh my...the spouse received many kisses of gratitude.

I just met them tonight at a Walgreens on Powell. They were wearing leopard print fur coats and bright yellow hats with feathers in them. They were very friendly.

I am from Louisiana and I had the pleasure of visiting S.F. as I was passing through for a work related trip. I noticed a sign on the side of the road with a picture of the twins on it. Later that day I got a glimps of them walking down the street and have been wondering ever since. WHO ARE THEY? I decided today to try to locate some information on them and came across your picture. There is a story there and I would love to know it. You photo has made me even more curious. Keep up the good work.
