I think it's very nice that the branches make a circular pattern around the origin of the light behind the tree. And that the raindrops make them visible by reflecting the light. A perfect image for this challenge theme.

Another street lights at the back, of course. In fact, the color of the birch trunk is very close to what you would see in reality. The only color correction which I applied was directed to elimination of magenta cast present in the original frame

This is very interesting, Alexig. I can see how the street light would illuminate the tree branches and twigs but, what's illuminating the front area of the tree (facing us)?
I ask because the tree has taken on an interesting color cast I've not seen before.
