Thanks for your valuable comments Steven! Yes, I had problem while setting up the pano during leveling the tripod, it won't rotate in a same axis. I thought I'd escape with this not being a complete 360. I'll try to fix in PS and post it again.

I like this image very much. You have captured the detail and contrast of the scene well. However, it does look like it is a bit unlevel. Try rotating your base image by +4 degrees (that will be clockwise in PT) in an attempt to level out the horizon.
