Joop's Dog Log - Friday Mar 05

This is a `hunebed`. A prehistoric `grave` with big stones from around 5.000 years ago.
We have many of them in the northeast of The Netherlands and the northwest of Germany.

They call it a grave because human historians and archeologists believe that`s what it is.
But they never found any bones in or under these hunebeds.
So maybe it was not a grave but something different.
Could have been a big bad dog house.
Could have been a secret storage place for prehistoric weapons of mass destruction.
Could have been a hiding place for some kind of Bin Laden-Flintstone.
I`m pretty sure GWB`s secret agent men have sniffed this hunebed out good!
Maybe GBW can do his next TV-commercial here.

My humans like to hide cookies for me under these rocks.
But this is what I like best: climb on the biggest stone
and feel like a prehistoric top dog. Ha!

Don`t give bush any ideas...he will dress up like a dog and try to be as cute and dignified as you...but that is impossible because he is NOT a dog...or a topgun pilot.
I like seeing you as king of the world on that rock...must be very nice to see such a far distance when usually you are so close to the ground.
I think I see a cookie there under the rock...better hurry and get it.
Have a great weekend, Joop and Henk and other human who has remained nameless.
