Avocados and Guavas

The avocados are the purple skinned fruit on the left and the "white" guavas, the green skinned fruit on the right.
They are called "white" guavas because the inner pulp is white rather than pink.

I agree, avocadoes with only a bit of salt are great on tost, crakers and hard-dough bread.
I can recall during my youth in Jamaica that avocadoes were actually eaten with sugar. I don't recall being fond of this..

Avocadoes are delicious on toast with a little salt and their fat is good for you.
