1st January 2004 - Oh boy am I looking forward to this....

We were on our drive watching the New Year fireworks - how did that happen? When did they become an integral part of NYE celebrations? I looked back at the garage and saw this fantastic sight. Ian Chappell said to make sure I cherished her as much as David does....I think I can safely say that will be so.

I can't wait to drive down to Weybridge in her for Wheels Day at Easter. I WILL be dressed in my finest kitten heels and chiffon and fake fur and I will be having a ball. With David by my side how can that not be the case?

It seems as though 2003 has been traumatic not only for us but for other PotDs too. I wish you all your heart's desire. Enjoy the New Year.

Linda This is a fantastic picture, I love everything about it - the motiv, the way how it is only partly revealed, the goergous shine of the new paint, and the very appropiate lighting. You have created a very distinctive atmosphere, I can feel the excitment, it's like waiting for a roll out of an new aeroplane !

And I am so looking forward to viewing this gallery everyday. LOVE the car. Feel this urge to go for a drive. I almost bought a VW in black several years ago..but couldnt manage the stick shift;(.
