This really is beautiful. I love how the red has been reapplied - reinforcing the words that had faded beneath. Such simplicity and yet such gripping reality in this image. I'm dearly in love with it.

This is very stunning! Some of the other comments suggest the red is blood ... well, there is a song that says "love hurts!" LOL I personally LOVE the RED, and the greys and textures! Super capture Adal!

To me this looked as if it were written in blood..and maybe that would be something too...but it's indeed a very intersting image and very well captured. The word appears written on top of an earlier edition which adds a question to the picture..."what is its purpose here?" Texture and exposure splendid I find this a really great image. A terrific find and perfect presentation.
