*** side light gives the fallen leaves a lot of actions. will they jump back to the tree?

Only if that man can work a little bit closer or further back. Now he wares a hat caused by the lightpole.

***This works because of what is happening on that sidewalk that sweeps through the picture. Two scale incongruities are taking place simultaneously, Jen. The tiny spattering of leaves on the sidewalk contrasts strikingly to the masses of leaves left on the trees, and that tiny person contrasts in scale to the massive trunks he or she is passing.

Once again, you have included a human being in a landscape, and whenever you do that, there is always a reference to man's relationship to nature. In this case, the figure ignores the beauty of the changing season, and just keeps walking, right on out of the picture. We have become such a part of nature that we often take it for granted. And that, Jen, is the message I get from this very good image.

Nice colors and composition. But maybe a little too far left? Walkway seems kinda squished a bit. And I think you forgot to check your exposure ;-) - some motion blur. Nice picture otherwise!
