Ok ... who goes to Yap for madarinfish? Me!!! Forget about Palau and the Lembah Straits - I saw 15 mandarinfish on one dive in about 8' of water not 3 minutes from the dock at Yap Divers. Bill Acker and his friends are finding Yap is a magnificent macro destination. So, yeah, you have to do the Mantas ... but don't waste all your film in the channels. Ask Bill for access to the macro sites. They're still working on finding more and more ...
