... and engagement ring... and my hand. When I was young my mother always told me that the most important thing for a woman was to get married. I fought her tooth and nail as I did not like the way women were defined in terms of the men in their lives. I still don't. But... my marriage to Arvin is one of the most important, meaningful and deepest things in my life. It's right up there with being a mother to my 34 year old son. So, Mom, you were right on this one. (Don't you hate it when your parents are right?)
