A 300 mile round trip starting at 6am and a meeting between the lawyers from my company and the lawyers from a client to resolve contract difficulties made today feel like very hard work indeed.

The good side of such an early start was a relatively early finish too so here I am posting much earlier than I usually manage to.

All my little girl wants when I get home from work is to climb inside my skin and BE ME. I was sitting on this wooden table relishing the gorgeous warm day (with gusto since I'd spent most of it in an un-airconditioned car in a suit), when she climbed up beside me for a snuggle. I asked her to stay and took this pic - She's so dark black that the camera has difficulty finding focus so getting her higher than usual so her white bits gave contrast got me this lovely photo of my gorgeous little girl......or that mad little bitch if she's being a nuisance!
