I had no idea where the fish was, I just panned with the Osprey as he dove into the water. :) The monopod probably would have done fine, but I just happened to have the camera on my tripod when this bird showed up.

How did you know where the fish was ?. Were you using a tripod/monopod? So many questions , too little time. Brilliant picture I have to say..
