A remarkable photograph. You have made a beautiful young woman even more attractive and intriquing by softening the image (by slightly out of focus shooting?). Her placement in the photo is wonderful. But if you started the left side of the photo at her cheek, not at hair/neck, I think it is even more striking. What do you think?
I noticed in some of your other photos of people that you tend to place them squarely in the middle of the frame. This gives a static effect. Having the people slightly to the side, looking into the larger portion of the frame gives a feeling of movement or activity. Look at this photo and them some of the others. You will see the difference.
