I landed here about 3am July 1952 during an Air Raid and we were on an old C-46. I was assigned to the 5th Communications Group, 1st Radio Squadron, 5th Air Force. There was only one bridge leading across the Han river standing and it was heavily guarded by the 55th MP's 8th Army.
