A Healthy, Hearty Lunch

Whew! I was hungry— Vegan Lentil-Oat Loaf,
Slaw, Baked Potato with Chives, Pepper,
Non-Dairy Buttery Spread, and a Side of Bean Soup.
(The Potato and Mushrooms were cooked in slow cooker
for 1-1/2 hours while I was at Doc appt.)
