This is a plaque found on the side of the church, Santuário de Nossa Senhora do Pranto (1374), in Dornes.
Would love to know the translation of this stone plaque.
Regarding this plaque, this is found on the zezerepedia.com website:

"Of the primitive Gothic construction, however, there are few vestiges,
which include the coat of arms and the inscription referring to D. Frei Gonçalo de Sousa,
that are conserved in the main facade of the church."

On the zezeretrek.com web site, we learn this:

"Another emblematic monument of Dornes is the Church of Our Lady of Pranto.
Rebuilt (there are references to the existence of a temple in Dornes dating from
the thirteenth and fourteenth centuries) by Frei Gonçalo de Sousa in 1453,
a fact attested by the tombstone that still can be seen today in the façade."
