Farm Machine

Whilst visiting the Cowra Region with a friend,
we saw this in the field where she had lived,
just 30 minutes outside Cowra.
I thought it look like an art installation but I was
assured it is a working piece of farm equipment.

Nikon D600
1/250s f/10.0 at 300.0mm iso280 full exif

Clearly the work of a gentry farmer....

Well spotted - these are still used around here for haymaking

Ha ha, Hal.
Do you need a back scratcher?
Thanks for your critique.

A very artistic image Elaine.
lt would have the potential for other photos too,
Maybe parts of the contraption ?
ln miniature it would make a good back-scratcher.

Good eye, Elaine. I too agree, it does look like a piece of art. Now that you have
photographed it so well, it now is! :)

Always amazes non-farmers seeing the equipment left out in the paddock... surely
is an interesting piece of equipment!
