On the left is the Maison du Danemark, a cultural center sponsored by the Danish government. Aside from being a conference and exhibit center, it houses two renowned restaurants, Flora Danica and Copenhague.
On the right is a restaurant associated with American culture, McDonald's. Its logo has been toned down to white arches.
