I'm told this is a very good way to do this exercise,
my therapist loves it! He would like to figure out a
way they could use something like this in their gym.
This may not look like an exercise but but let me
tell you, it is tough to do! The goal is 10 minutes
and I was at 4 minutes on Thur. got up to 5 minutes
on Sat. and I did 5 1/2 minutes this morning! With
my feet in the foot rest and butt in the chair and
just let gravity pull both knees down flat!
