Fresh Air

North Berwick

After days of being shut in windowless offices, and it being dark after work, I went for a short walk to get some fresh air.
Although the weather is grey, it does feel good to feel real wind rather than air conditioning.

Nice composition. And intriguing - what is that little building? ~V~

Even if it's a North Berwick wind which blows heavy with icy air, and cuts through your flesh like a knife all the way down to your bones which feel as raw and weather-beaten as these once-shiny and pristine steel railings, running over these rocks that have themselves been beaten into submission by wind and water and rain and doubtless ice on occasion.

Yes, even then.

(Which is my way of saying that you've captured the feel of the place rather well. The striped pole makes a colourful contrast to the rest of the scene.

I agree with all that's been written, a very fine image indeed.

Love the strong lines created by the railings and the splash of red color at the top of the frame. V

The lines created by the railings bolstered by the stone steps lead into this image so nicely. I really like the subdued colors and superb textures in this well composed capture Bill. Very nice capture and well seen on your walk. Voted+

This looks like a great place to get back to nature. Nice work, Bill!
