FSQ106 f5 EM200 1999

Tak FSQ-106 is the modified Petzval design that employs two flourite elements, the two widely seperated rear elements which correct field curvature and astigmatism and produce a flat field. An amazing 88mm image circle that fully illuminated 35mm, 645, 6x7 or even 4x5" medium format camera with minimum corner darkening. The 4" O.D. focuser with built-in camera angle adjuster that permits 360 rotation of the camera, thus FSQ-106 is a versatile astrograph.

When used with the Extender-Q 1.6x, the FSQ-106 becomes a great lunar & planetary scope. Without extension tube only 555mm (22") in length, this portable telescope is a good choice for eclipse chaser.

The FSQ-106 is truly a state-of-the-art flourite APO refractor, it sets a new standard for innovation & color correction.

I happen to own a FSQ-106 and will go to my grave with it, it is a beautiful scope, with perfect optics and a construction to be proud of. as I do Astro Photography, the image quality just spot on, one of the best scopes I have every owned.
