Brown ground beef or turkey with chopped onions, chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Add tomatoe sauce with herbs, sprinkle with balsamic vinegar. Cook for ca. 5-7 min. Slice zucchini 1/4 inch thick, sprinkle with spices (oregano, basil, pepper, red pepper) and fry for 3 minutes each side until tender, but not too soft. In the baking dish put layers of zucchini slices and meat mixture. Repeat layers, top with grated cheese and marjoram, and bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Serve with hot garlic baguette. Bon appetit!
