'The Bitches'

St. David's, Pembrokeshire

Looking across to Ramsey Island from the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path near St. David's. The tide can produce strong currents in this narrow strait between mainland and island and the current can drag ships onto the rocks at the centre of the picture, some of which are submerged. This is presumably why the rocks are known as 'The Bitches'.

Very nicely composed capture, and that color is marvelous. It does look like it could be treacherous. V.
