Bridge in the Park

Wisconsin

This photo is from the second roll of film that I have developed myself. I've now finished developing the third roll. I'm going to be printing in the darkroom tomorrow. I scanned this roll on my Pakon scanner. I do not have a darkroom, so I will be developing and scanning, but I am looking forward to having a true darkroom experience at least this one time.

Such a gorgeous composition, Cindy. You just did everything SO well. There is just nothing like the film look, and I love Tri-X. Think I have some with the same, although not gutsy enough to develop myself...

Brilliant work, Cindy
I did love working in my darkroom but love the immediacy of digital.
Keep up the good work.

Very lovely image Cindy.
And being done the old-fashioned way is highly impressive.
My last enlarger was an AF Leitz one.
When digital appeared for the first time, l immediately sold it
though we were told that digital wouldn't replace film for ten years.
Just months later the enlarger was worthless..... in Australia.
Enjoy the darkroom experience. l'm amazed that you can still buy Tri X.

This is so cool, Cindy! Beautiful work - and the really thrilling part is your developing
and then printing your own work. Best of luck in the darkroom.....wow, this certainly brings
back memories of long ago to me :)...Your photography is always inspiring to me!
