There are a few of these scarecrows scattered around the community garden, though to be honest I'm not entirely sure exactly who they might be scaring.

Maybe he's stuffed up eating all the goodies from the garden and not at all interested in scaring anything or anyone away.

It looks like a Halloween decoration. I am not sure what it is scaring......little children? Very fun capture.
